Shipping
All orders placed by 4 PM P.S.T will ship same day Free Ground USPS. We ship from seven location throughout the United State and Two or less day for delivery via USPS
You can request Next delivery Via Fedex or UPS or DHL or you can send us your lable we will arrange for your shipment on verified accounts.
We rarly use International shipping on New products due to manufacturer’s restriction but we can ship to your fright forwarder in USA.
Cancellation
On line orders can canceled Online as long as product has not shipped.
If product has been shipped you are welcome to create return and return the package to address it was shipped from.
Direct orders can be canceled by email or fax and a confirmation of it will be mail to you.
Shipped orders can not be canceled. you may return it to the address it was shipped to you and upon verification of return we will cancle the order for you.
Returns
You may return the product in whole, The entire package must be returned to the address it was shipped from Valid returns for 30-Days of delivery will be accepted.
DOA products will be replaced and new package will be shipped to you, Xcalable reserve the right to decide to replace or accept the return via approved RMA.

Eligibility
Please read conditions below. If all conditions are not met, Xcalable reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, accompanying free items and accessories. The retail value of any free items you keep will be deducted from your reimbursement total. Xcalable can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
- Opened TVs, combos and monitors 37″ and larger — original packaging cannot be unsealed
- Opened computers and computer software — original packaging cannot be unsealed
- Electronic software downloads
- Opened consumable items (e.g., film, tapes, paper, bulbs, CD, DVDs, ink cartridges, etc.)
- Any computers built or modified by B&H to customer specifications
- Select special-order merchandise, or any item indicated on the website as nonreturnable
- Underwater equipment that has been submerged
- Opened or unwrapped educational tapes and books
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 30 days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase.
If payment was made by check, E-check, ACH or Wire transfer the refund will be issued no sooner than 30 business days after the date of purchase.
