Refunds are processed in a few days but may take up to 30-days to reach your bank or credit card company. generally all refunds are processed within 30-days.

When requesting feed back about a refund please include the following bellow.

What to provide: You’ll need to provide the following information: 

• Xcalable account number 
• Xcalable invoice number 
• Xcalable product code 
• Quantity of products returned 
• Serial number for each product returned 
• Fault details for each product returned 
• End user’s proof of purchase for each product
• Returned shipment date
• RMA code for the return
